We offer two magical delivery services:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95 or free over £50): EMS delivery in 15-25 business days
• Express Shipping (£12.95): Priority DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 business days

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days from our Liverpool boutique.

Tracking information will be sent to your royal inbox as soon as your parcel begins its journey. You’ll receive real-time updates until your package arrives at your castle door.

All international shipments include complete customs documentation. While we can’t predict local import taxes, we declare the full value to ensure smooth passage through customs.

We offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please email us to initiate your return.

Simply contact our royal helpers at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We sincerely apologize for any mishaps in transit! Please email us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and ensure future packages receive extra royal protection.
