Royal Shipping Information

Order Processing

Our royal seamstresses carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a royal dispatch (email confirmation) with tracking details once your order leaves our castle.

Shipping Options

Standard Royal Courier:

  • Carried by our trusted royal messengers: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Royal shipping fee: £12.95

Free Royal Carriage:

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivered by EMS royal post
  • Arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or royal celebrations. For our princesses in Asia and some remote regions, please check with our royal advisors for specific delivery information.

The Royal Returns Process

Should any item not meet your royal expectations, our returns policy ensures a process as smooth as satin:

1. The Royal Return Period

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. This allows time for your royal court to inspect the garments.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain the integrity of our boutique, these items cannot be returned:

  • Occasion Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any item without its original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Personalized or made-to-order garments

3. The Royal Return Process

Step 1: Request Permission to Return
Send a royal dispatch (email) to [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Your Royal Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our royal advisors will send:

  • Return authorization number
  • Instructions for returning your items
  • Return shipping address (68 Bold St, Liverpool, GB L2B 2AC)

Step 3: Dispatch Your Return
Pack items securely in their original packaging, include the order slip, and affix the return label. We recommend using tracked shipping as Princess Style Shop cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund of Your Royal Treasury

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Royal Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state your desired replacement size
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive the return
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges (except international duties)

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

7. International Returns

Princesses outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties cannot be refunded
