• Going out outfits and glamorous daywear
• Complementary occasion jewellery

We endeavour to display our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. All measurements provided are approximate.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though this will not affect orders already placed.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

5. Royal Shipping

Our royal seamstresses carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

5.2 Shipping Options

Standard Royal Courier (£12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch.

Free Royal Carriage (orders over £50): Delivered by EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Some regions (particularly in Asia) may have different delivery arrangements.

5.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours to [email protected]. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Royal Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of receipt. The following cannot be returned:

• Occasion jewellery (hygiene reasons)
• Items without original tags
• Personalised/made-to-order garments

6.2 Return Process

2. Wait for return authorization (within 2 business days)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items and will be issued to your original payment method.

6.4 Exchanges

Size exchanges are free of charge (except international duties). Follow the standard return process and specify your desired size.

8. Royal Limitations of Liability
